Every year I make a new years resolution to be more healthier.Last year I made an extra step took initiative and brought a juicer from Bed Bath and Beyond.The first juicer i purchased was a Breville juicer I was a beginner and I didn’t want to spend allot of money on an expensive juicer then never use it. Breville juicer was amazing as far as juicing carrots and even oranges with out having to break it up ; however it didn’t work very well with green leafs like kale ,it would waste allot of kale as you can see in the picture above. I started out 213 pounds in September and after juicing with Breville by October I was 206 this was strictly juicing for breakfast drinking water and drinking flavor water( pineapple coconut) with no exercise. In elementary and high school I suffered allot with eating disorders because i wanted to be a fashion model but i realized even though I was tall I was never going to be a size 0 nor in the single digits discouraging me to find a new passion in fashion, this was before there was a Ashley Graham at the time.Everything happens for a reason because i then wanted to work behind the scenes just to be apart of the fashion industry such as fashion design ,fashion PR ,Stylist and now I’m a blogger whose foot got in the industry and go to fashion week. Back to my main topic; fast forward to December i realized after juicing and seeing results I was ready to buy a slower masticating juice that would produce more juice which is why i took back the Breville to bed bath and beyond, brought a omega j8006 it also makes squash pasta as well we can save that for another post once i figure out a recipe.I am now under 200 and this was with out exercising .I had a bad knee injury as well and juicing definitely helped it. Losing weight should be for no one but yourself and you can still be curvy and fit at the same time.I notice allot of celebrities promote fit teas but i refuse to follow that trend because most of there body is from surgery .This is my personal testimony of weight loss i accomplished from juicing in the morning still eating lunch and dinner and in the morning if I still felt hungry I would eat oatmeal.Exercising is important and keeps you active but I have always been more of a diet then exercise person which is not always good .My exercise journey I will post in the future and find active activities.Being fit and healthy doesn’t make you less confident instead it broadens your horizons.LOVE YOURSELF INSIDE AND OUT.
